All orders are sent out using a courier service, and are delivered the next working day if ordered before 2.30pm GMT. If you delivery address for your order is outside of the UK, then we send the orders by Royal Mail, as they are the most efficient at delivering parcels overseas. All orders when delivered require a signature. If no one is able to accept the delivery, then the delivery company will leave a card behind, for you to contact and make a repeat visit, or for you to collect the delivery from them in person.

We accept orders and deliver to all countries around the world.

We accept most debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. At this moment in time, we are using the PayPal payment gateway, which gives the option to pay by PayPal, debit card or credit card. All our customers information including names, address telephone numbers, emails and payments details are held securely and are never passed onto other companies.

We make our refunds and returns policy very easy. If you are not happy with what you have purchased, then you can simply return the item as new with its packaging and still attached labels, to our returns department for a full refund. We do not refund you the return carriage charge, unless it is an error from our side, or the item is at fault. If you want to return your order for another colour, another style or size, then return your item back to us stating what you would like to exchange it for on the returns form. When we do receive your order back, we will dispatch a replacement. Any overseas orders will be emailed an electronic invoice, for the returns carriage charge, to be paid at the same rate as the original order. Items can be returned within 31 days of receiving your order.
